C. sheet that is reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion and is painted with attractive stove enamel. Other Details:

Light weight with ceramic fibre wool insulation ( Instead of brick insulation ). The distinct feature of perforated sheet is to prevent the temperature control unit from very high heat. Heating elements are made of  A1 wire of coil form embedded on the muffle with high grade refactory cement and backed by high temperature cer-wool insulation which avoids loss of energy. This arrangement will ensure the most uniform kind of distribution of heat. The weight & size of furnance is of one quarter and 30% resp. as compared to brick furnace. A viewing cap is also provided on the door. Temp. control unit consists of energy regulator, fitted in front of furnance with teo pilot lamps. The apparatus is complete with one pyrometer, thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, main lead with power plug to work on 220/230 V. The energy regulator dial is arbitrarily marked 0 - 100 position. This marking does not indicate temperature. It indicated control level i.e. at position 100 max. Electricity is allowed to flow to furnace. Max Temp. 950 degree C working temp. 900 degree C.
